Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions.
- Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns.
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Experience working with hand tools, production equipment, or mechanical assemblies is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Production Worker.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, products, or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
