Now Hiring Manufacturing Technician
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
Schedules:
- 1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift | 2 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift | 10 PM – 6:30 AM
- Monday – Friday
- Must be able train for 2 weeks from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following written work instructions and quality standards.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ yeras of previous manufacturing, production, or small-parts assembly experience preferred.
- Experience working in a clean room, medical device, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication, reliability, and attendance record required.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime, including weekdays and weekends, as business needs dictate.
Job Duties
- Assemble medical device components and products according to established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and inspection tools to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Perform visual inspections of small parts and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clean room environment.
- Clean floors, tables, walls, equipment, and storage containers on a routine basis.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while meeting production goals and deadlines.
- Support team objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to assemble small components using hands, tweezers, magnification devices, and other visual inspection tools.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods throughout the workday.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including clean room gowns, gloves, hair nets, safety glasses, and shoe covers.
- Capable of operating manufacturing machinery and inspection equipment.
- Ability to perform cleaning activities such as mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing work areas and equipment.

What You Will DoAs a Manufacturing Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
