Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm

Job Duties
- Assemble smart parts to drawings and specifications, performing repetitive assembly motions with consistent accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions following provided training
- Assemble and process mechanical and electrical type components
- Follow documented work instructions precisely for every build
- Complete applicable assembly and test records accurately and on time
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience Requirements
- One to two years of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation
- Ability to speak and read English to understand and follow work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including using a mouse and opening, closing, and searching for files
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity
- Must be a US Person (US citizen or permanent resident)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred
- Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial
- Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset
- Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a mechanical assembler
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed, repetitive assembly work in a manufacturing environment

What You Will DoAs a Mechanical Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
The Mechanical Assembler supports successful manufacturing operations by assembling products that meet quality, safety, and production standards. This role requires technical skill, organizational ability, and careful attention to detail throughout every stage of assembly.
