Location: Gentry, AR
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:20 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 2:20 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:20 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and scanners
- Load and unload product trailers safely and efficiently
- Verify trailer numbers and inspect trailers for damage or food safety concerns
- Scan products and enter order information into handheld scanners
- Load the correct quantities of products onto conveyors and trailers
- Place inflatable airbags between pallets to secure transfer loads
- Remove and document damaged product as required
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain excellent attendance and professional work habits
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Repeated lifting, twisting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- Ability to stack boxes from floor level to overhead height
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling 1,700-4,000 cases per shift
- Must have close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Prodution Loader.
