Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedules Available
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, cargo handling, or import/export experience preferred.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift is required.
- Knowledge of pallets, skids, freight processing, and material handling procedures preferred.
- Receive, inspect, and break down incoming shipments, pallets, skids, containers, and freight.
- Sort, stage, and organize materials for storage, distribution, and production support.
- Load, unload, and transport materials using warehouse equipment.
- Verify shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies as needed.
- Follow warehouse, logistics, safety, and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Logistics Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
