Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and business teams
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, conference calls, and event logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Handle high-volume phone calls and maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Respond to client inquiries and support ongoing business relationships
  • Assist with onboarding, employee transitions, and administrative processes
  • Manage invoices, track payments, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • Support team events, special projects, filing, archiving, and other office operations
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or corporate support experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or high-level business teams
  • Strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Occasional lifting, organizing, shipping, and handling of office materials and supplies
