Searching for Warehouse Yard Associate jobs in Ingleside? Education Requirements

• No degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Prior warehouse, yard, or customer service experience helpful but not required
• Forklift experience a plus; training provided
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills preferred to support customer interactions
• Strong attendance and reliability essential for success

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing physical tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the yard and warehouse for extended periods

Job Duties

• Pump and dispense pavement sealer into customer tanks
• Load and unload materials, inventory, and customer vehicles
• Support shipping, receiving, and freight coordination, including FedEx handling
• Organize and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage areas
• Provide friendly, on-site customer service and product support
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
