Now hiring for a Foam Molding Operator
Location: Wheaton, MN
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: 7am-5pm
Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks.
Looking for a dependable, hands-on opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN? We’re seeking reliable individuals who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and build a career in production manufacturing. No prior foam molding experience required. Training is provided! Education Requirements:High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Experience Requirements:
Entry-level position. Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Job Duties:
- Operate equipment in the foam molding department to produce quality parts• Paint and trim molded products according to customer specifications
- Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover procedures
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Use trimming scissors, paint guns, trimmers, calculators, and other basic tools
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment

What You Will DoAs a Foam Molding Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Foam Molding Operator supports manufacturing success by operating production equipment according to established safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and dependable work habits throughout every shift.
Successful Foam Molding Operator candidates understand machine operation, quality requirements, and manufacturing processes while supporting efficient production and minimizing downtime. Consistency and reliability are key to success.
