Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- MIG or TIG welding experience preferred
- Fabrication, machining, robotics, or manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience reading blueprints preferred
- Computer, programming, or technical experience required
- 3D modeling experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Learn robotic welding programming and operation
- Perform MIG welds and complete weld testing requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Assist with fabrication and robotic welding projects
- Monitor production quality and make programming adjustments as trained
- Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
