We are seeking a dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, member services, meetings, events, and special projects. Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous administrative support experience required
- Event planning or association experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Answer phones and respond to member and customer inquiries
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and daily office operations
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and membership information
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assist members with requests, renewals, and communications
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives
- Help coordinate annual meetings, webinars, networking events, and fundraising activities
- Proofread documents and communications for accuracy
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and bookkeeping functions as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Zoom or Microsoft Teams preferred
- Canva preferred
- CRM, database, or QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
