This role plays a critical part in maintaining the efficiency of fleet operations by managing tire-related administrative tasks and ensuring accurate invoice processing.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience with invoice processing and data entry preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Process and code tire service invoices for Accounts Payable
- Create and manage purchase orders for tire-related services
- File and track national account claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks using Excel
- Handle customer calls and provide professional support
- Assist with logistics and administrative responsibilities as assigned
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
