Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Will be going through safety and quality testing- must pass
- Organizational Skills: Ability to understand, follow, and apply directions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to apply analytical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving to daily tasks.
- Technical Skills: Competence in solving high school-level mathematical problems.
- Possession of the functional and technical knowledge required to perform job duties effectively.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Production Worker supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
A successful Production Worker understands production procedures, quality expectations, and workplace safety while maintaining productivity throughout daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
- Label boxes, containers, pails, and drums
- Fill containers using hoses and valves
- Pack bottles and add inserts or accessories
- Install caps and pumps on production lines
- Operate an ultrasonic welder to seal caps
- Stack, pack, and palletize finished products
- Wipe down products and production surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete additional production tasks as assigned
