Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 am – 5 pm

We are seeking a dependable and professional individual to oversee our Core Parts operation in Van Buren. The successful candidate will be responsible for dirty core parts, warranty returns, shipping and receiving activities, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or parts-related experience required
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and inventory software experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
Job Duties
  • Receive incoming parts and verify shipments for accuracy and condition
  • Process packing slips and inventory documentation
  • Pack and ship parts to customers and suppliers efficiently
  • Maintain records of outgoing shipments, damages, and shortages
  • Stock parts in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate a forklift safely and effectively
  • Assist with warranty returns and core parts processing
  • Support inventory control activities as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas
  • Assist the Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator when needed
Physical Capabilities
  • Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and squatting
  • Reach and use arms through a full range of motion
  • Push and pull materials, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Perform overhead and forward-reaching tasks
  • Climb onto and operate equipment safely

As a Parts Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
