Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $26.75 – $40.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift | 2:30 PM – 11 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience required
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SharePoint and manufacturing systems preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
  • Supervise daily operations in set-up and production areas
  • Lead, train, and support team members while promoting a positive work environment
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to achieve daily goals
  • Collect and analyze production data and maintain reporting systems
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures
  • Lead High-Performance Teams (HPT) and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Address employee concerns and assist with performance management processes
  • Perform hands-on production work alongside team members when required
  • Support ISO compliance, audits, and quality initiatives
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Physical Capabilities
  • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
  • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Use hands and fingers for detailed work
  • Operate power tools and manufacturing equipment safely
  • Wear required PPE for the duration of the shift

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Support Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
