• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

• 6 months of prior manufactuing experience

• Assemble products according to established work instructions and production standards
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished goods and monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Package materials for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
