Location: Frankfort, KY
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3 PM – 12:30 AM

Requirements + Job Duties
  • Assemble and repack parts based on a daily production schedule.
  • Produce parts following standard work procedures.
  • Assist machine operators with setups/adjustments.
  • Perform quality checks and report safety or quality issues.
  • Complete daily paperwork and follow continuous improvement/safety processes. 
  • Up to 50 lbs lifting, 100% standing, may bend, twist, stoop to work with various materials.

What You Will Do

As a Production Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Production Assembler contributes to manufacturing by assembling products safely, accurately, and efficiently using established assembly procedures. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.

The Production Assembler supports manufacturing operations through careful assembly, product inspection, and adherence to engineering specifications while maintaining safe work practices and production efficiency.
