Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Exposure to high-speed production environments and basic maintenance preferred
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; SAP experience is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred, but training is available

• Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
• Monitor production processes and help meet efficiency and output goals
• Inspect bottles and identify scrap materials as needed
• Operate balers and dispose of scrap bottles safely
• Communicate production issues and assist with problem resolution
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with multiple departments to maximize production efficiency
• Support quality standards while working with a sense of urgency

• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions when necessary
