Location: Lima, OH
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

  • A Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • B Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • C Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • D Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:
  • Entry-level position, manufacturing experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and transportation required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and sense of urgency
Job Duties:
  • Monitor the Nano production line for bottle jams and product defects
  • Identify and communicate production or quality issues immediately
  • Assist with label changes and production line support
  • Clear minor line interruptions and escalate larger issues to supervisors or machine operators
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Maintain production flow and support overall operations
Physical Capabilities:
  • Lift up to 32 pounds regularly
  • Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift
  • Bend, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Work in a hot manufacturing environment for the duration of the shift

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
