Job Duties

• Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining safe and efficient workflow
• Remove completed spools from machinery, start new spools, and support continuous production
• Package finished products, place boxes on pallets, and secure loads with shrink wrap
• Perform quality checks and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general material handling tasks

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, or material handling experience
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, standing, and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to teamwork and safety
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

The Material Handler supports warehouse productivity by safely moving materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

A successful Material Handler understands inventory handling, warehouse procedures, material movement, and product identification while maintaining accurate inventory flow and efficient daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
