Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM | Monday – Friday

What You Will DoAs a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Production Associate helps keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by supporting production, quality, and material movement throughout the facility. This role requires strong work habits, flexibility, and commitment to workplace safety.
Successful Production Associate professionals understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production expectations while maintaining productivity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Dependability contributes directly to operational excellence.
