Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous powder coating, paint line, or industrial finishing experience preferred
  • Experience operating production equipment is a plus
Job Duties
  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspecting materials
  • Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
  • Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
  • Load and unload parts from production lines, racks, and curing ovens
  • Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and PPE requirements
  • Assist with material handling and other manufacturing duties as needed
Physical Capabilities
  • Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and twist
  • Wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary

As a Powder Coat Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
