Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ months of sewing or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.
Physical Capabilities

Job Duties
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew product components.
- Sew cut pieces to form finished covers, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Understand material properties, including stretch and behavior during sewing.
- Determine efficient sewing sequences to optimize production flow.
- Maintain product quality throughout the production process.
- Read and follow process sheets and production instructions.
- Communicate production issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What You Will DoAs a Sewing Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
