Requirements:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and finishing equipment
Job Duties:
- Laminate and assemble carbon-fiber aircraft components
- Perform bonding and post-production finishing
- File, sand, grind, clean, cut, deburr, and trim materials
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy
- Follow production specifications and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
