Now hiring for a Marketing Coordinator
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating marketing collateral and digital content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Create internal marketing materials including newsletters, flyers, presentations, emails, templates, and digital communications
- Manage promotional inventory and coordinate company online promotional store activities
- Serve as the corporate photographer for company events, activities, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a library of photography assets for marketing use
- Create social media content highlighting company culture and events
- Design print, digital, and basic video marketing materials
- Monitor and maintain data quality within marketing and sales databases
- Assist with trade shows, events, and occasional travel as required
- Support marketing, product management, and product development initiatives
- Help protect and strengthen the company brand and corporate image
- Assist with additional marketing and business initiatives as assigned
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and company events
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials, displays, and promotional items as needed
- Ability to operate cameras and photography equipment during events
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment

What You Will DoAs a Marketing Coordinator you will provide administrative support by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing documents, answering communications, organizing files, and assisting coworkers with daily operational needs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
