Now hiring for a Filler Operator (3-month temporary)
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM rotating night shifts.
Work 3-4 days per week, every other weekend

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of machine or equipment operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or packaging environments preferred
- Set up, clean (CIP), test, monitor, and operate filling equipment
- Perform quality checks, including weight, sterility, package integrity, and machine inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues
- Complete FDA-required paperwork accurately and legibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area
- Monitor production efficiency, yields, and scrap reduction efforts
- Communicate effectively with maintenance, management, and team members
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and production support as needed
- Fill in for team members during breaks and absences
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand for up to 12 hours per shift
- Work around major food allergens
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

What You Will DoAs a Filler Operator, you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
The Filler Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.
Successful Filler Operator candidates understand manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safe operating practices while helping maintain reliable production performance. Consistent execution contributes directly to operational success.
