Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedules Available:
Monday – Friday | 2 PM – 10 PM
Monday – Friday | 10 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- 6 months of previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience
- Ability to perform detailed tasks with speed and accuracy
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Positive team-player attitude
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following production instructions
- Package finished products into containers, pails, drums, or cartons
- Label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete production records and required documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements
- Assist with material handling using pallet jacks or forklifts when needed
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
