Requirements
- Entry level
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, and physical activity
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may be hot or cold depending on the season
- Reliable transportation and attendance
Job Duties
- Load and unload trailers by hand and/or with warehouse equipment
- Move, stack, and palletize product throughout the warehouse
- Sort, scan, label, and stage freight for shipment
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments and preparing outbound orders
- Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

What You Will Do
As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
A Forklift Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.
The Forklift Operator combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
This profession is well suited for individuals who enjoy equipment operation and warehouse logistics.
