Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule Details:
- Part-Time | 15 hours/week
- Mondays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties
- Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work orders
- Perform minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures)
- Complete routine carpentry and painting tasks (patch drywall, match paint, small repairs)
- Conduct minor electrical repairs allowed by state law (replace outlets, switches, lighting components)
- Perform HVAC, equipment, and building system checks as needed
- Conduct site and asset inspections
- Use a tablet/smartphone to complete work orders, log notes, upload photos, and submit reports
- Maintain tools, obtain materials, and track expenses
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Attend required safety training and follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Provide estimates for larger repairs or projects
- Support additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or trade certification preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades
- Prior experience in facility maintenance, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work orders
- Ability to operate mobile devices, work order systems, and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, database tools)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple building systems
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and crawling
- Daily local travel required

What You Will DoAs a Commercial Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
