Location: Fontana, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
All Days Available: 6 AM – 2 PM

  • Shift 1 Sunday – Thursday
  • Shift 2 Tuesday – Saturday
  • Shift 3 Monday – Friday
  • Shift 4 Sunday – Monday + Thursday – Saturday
All Nights Available: 2 PM – 6 AM 
  • Shift 1 Sunday – Wednesday
  • Shift 2 Tuesday – Saturday
  • Shift 3 Monday – Friday
  • Shift 4 Sunday – Monday + Thursday – Friday

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous reach truck, order picker, turret truck, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment is highly desirable
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to complete basic forms, checklists, and inventory documentation
Job Duties
  • Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and turret trucks
  • Move, stack, and organize inbound and outbound materials
  • Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment
  • Transport products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas
  • Load and unload materials from warehouse locations
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow warehouse procedures and complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

  • Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Operator you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Reach Operator supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The Reach Operator works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
