Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in conventional machining
• Must have your own full set of tools
• Strong knowledge of manual machining processes
• Ability to work independently and meet high quality standards

Job Duties

• Operate manual mills, lathes, shears, and surface grinders
• Set up and run machines to achieve tight tolerances
• Read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain tools and ensure machine accuracy.

As a Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.

A Machinist produces precision parts through the operation of advanced CNC machining equipment. This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy throughout every stage of the machining process.

The Machinist combines blueprint interpretation, machine setup, tooling knowledge, and precision inspection techniques to manufacture quality components. Successful candidates understand the importance of consistency, safety, and attention to detail.
