Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic math skills required
  • Ability to read and interpret customer orders and shipping documents
Experience Requirements
  • Previous shipping and receiving experience required
  • Sit-down forklift experience required
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Job Duties
  • Receive, stock, and put away inventory using RF scanning equipment
  • Process Direct-to-Stock (DTS) materials through warehouse systems
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities
  • Cut wire to customer specifications and assist in the wire department
  • Pull orders scheduled for next-day shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Cross-train in shipping, receiving, and wire processing operations
  • Support additional warehouse functions as needed

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and efficiently. This role combines organization, attention to detail, and teamwork to help maintain productive warehouse environments.
