Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Up to one year of carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Ability to follow repair procedures and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours
- Ability to twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach overhead frequently
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to use hands and feet simultaneously
- Steel-toed shoes, jeans, and T-shirts required
- Ability to work flexible overtime
- Must complete required drug screening and Staffmark interview
Job Duties
- Inspect pallets for damage and repair needs
- Repair pallets according to established procedures
- Operate pneumatic nail guns, grinders, saws, and related tools
- Inspect nails and completed repairs for quality
- Assemble and replace pallet components
- Follow production and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Report damaged tools or quality concerns
- Complete additional production duties as assigned

What You Will DoAs a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
