Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Experience Requirements
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment experience required
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse software
  • Strong computer and typing skills required
  • Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
  • Receive, store, organize, and distribute inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Process incoming inventory, returns, and sales return orders
  • Manage inventory records, cycle counts, write-offs, and inventory adjustments
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment safely
  • Build custom shipping crates and storage solutions using hand and power tools
  • Process shipping, receiving, and return transactions
  • Assist with inventory investigations and scrap processing
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives
  • Create and update work instructions and quality documentation to support ISO 13485 compliance

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
