Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or leadership experience required
- Previous experience leading teams or coordinating production activities preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Oversee daily workflow and production activities on assigned lines
- Ensure work orders, approvals, and packaging requirements are accurate before production begins
- Verify proper materials, components, and packaging are stocked throughout production
- Monitor labeling, packing, and sub-assembly processes
- Perform and document required line quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Ensure proper line clearance and accurate production reporting at job completion
- Verify finished products are packed and labeled correctly
- Enforce GMP standards and company policies
- Set daily goals and monitor employee performance to meet production targets
- Complete production paperwork and tracking documentation accurately
- Assist with packaging, sorting, labeling, taping, and other production activities as needed
- Promote workplace safety and adherence to company regulations
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will DoAs a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
A Production Associate contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.
The Production Associate supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
