Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and production paperwork.
  • Update product specifications for all finished goods and ensure new and changing raw materials are properly documented.
  • Submit and receive required certifications or claims for finished products.
  • Manage customer and R&D sample requests for product evaluation, sampling, and shipping.
  • Perform audits, track sanitation compliance, review incoming materials, and ensure products meet all food safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Food quality experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and drive for process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable with little or no administrative support

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Operator Assistant you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Operator Assistant is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
