Location: Orangeburg, SC
Pay Rate: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3 PM – 11 PM OR 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | 11 PM – 7 AM

Job Duties

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Optimize processing parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and production targets.
  • Conduct new product trials and support process validation activities.
  • Program and maintain robotic automation systems and end-of-arm tooling.
  • Perform First-Off/Last-Off inspections and monitor product quality standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to resolve equipment and mold issues.
  • Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and process records.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures and policies.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with production leadership and serve as backup for the Shift Supervisor when needed.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical education/backround is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of injection molding experience
  • 2+ years of process technician experience
  • Able to operate a forklift and overhead crane
  • Familiar with plastics/resins
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team plater

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
