Pay Rate: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
Schedules: 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift (7 PM – 5:30 AM)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical experience
- Industrial, electrical, or welding certifications are a plus
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial equipment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Forklift certification or ability to operate a 3-ton forklift preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Inspect equipment, check lubricant levels, and apply grease as needed
- Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical equipment
- Assist with electrical repairs and installation projects
- Support pipe fitting, machinery installation, and equipment upgrades
- Maintain HVAC, lighting, water, sewer, and other building systems
- Help install and maintain new plant equipment
- Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals and quality standards
- Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned

What You Will DoAs a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
A Maintenance Technician helps maintain the systems that allow businesses to operate safely, efficiently, and productively. This position requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques across a variety of mechanical systems.
