Shift: 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and meeting daily shipping deadlines
Job Duties
- Accurately pack and prepare small-package orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipment
- Label, scan, and process outgoing packages
- Assist with picking orders and inventory movement as needed
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Operate forklifts when required
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Meet daily productivity and shipping goals while maintaining quality standards
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will DoAs a Packer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
