Requirements

• Ability to work every scheduled shift consistently
• Ability to perform repetitive physical work for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to repeatedly lift materials from floor level to overhead
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, and occasionally cold conditions
• Ability to work around loud machinery
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Must pass basic and county background checks
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

Job Duties

• Unload stacks of up to 25 trays from dollies
• Transport trays to the manual loading area
• Pre-soak trays before washing
• Feed trays into the conveyor washing system
• Repeatedly handle trays weighing 5–10 pounds
• Maintain a steady production flow
• Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Keep the work area safe and organized
• Wear appropriate clothing and remain hydrated throughout the shift

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
