Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Document-control or legal administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and provide direction to employees
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage daily assignments and monitor team performance
- Comfort working with legal and organizational records
- Ability to review scanned documents for clarity and accuracy
- Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive records
Job Duties
- Lead a document-control team of five to six employees
- Assign daily tasks based on project needs and priorities
- Train and mentor document-control staff
- Track workflow and manage individual and team performance
- Oversee the preparation and scanning of organizational records
- Manage records within an Electronic Document Management System
- Prepare legal documents for scanning
- Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners
- Organize documents to ensure they are ready for scanning
- Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy
- Correct or rescan unclear document images
- Save and organize electronic records in the appropriate system
- Monitor project progress and help the team meet established deadlines
