Now hiring for an Extrusion Operator
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour | Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation

Extrusion Operator Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Extrusion Operator Experience Requirements
  • 1–3 years of industrial manufacturing or machine operator experience required (extrusion experience preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment
  • Ability to read tape measurements, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Basic computer skills with experience entering production data and completing electronic documentation
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including identifying numbers accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email communication
  • Ability to complete production documentation accurately on both paper and computer systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Extrusion Operator Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
