Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms for order processing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and materials handling.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Job Duties

• Support warehouse distribution processes through order picking, packing, and order fulfillment to meet customer deadlines.
• Handle materials with care during stocking, heavy lifting, and materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update records, and generate reports for warehouse supervisor review.
• Able to use hand and power tools
• Collaborate with team members on load & unload operations and ensure the safe operation of all heavy equipment used in manufacturing or construction-related tasks.

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
