Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6 PM – 2 AM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and inventory documentation
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks
- Experience working with racking systems up to 5 tiers high
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment
- Operate sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload containers, trailers, and trucks
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse
- Supply production lines with materials to support production goals
- Perform inventory transactions, scanning, tracking, and cycle counts using SAP/WMS systems
- Store products accurately within warehouse racking locations
- Conduct daily forklift safety inspections
- Follow OSHA, company safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations as needed
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
