Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment reading and ruler tests
- Minimum of 1 year of lamination, coating, or extrusion machine operating experience
- Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure to 1/16″
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, stretch, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around chemicals and occasional strong odors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Operate lamination equipment while maintaining production and quality standards
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Complete daily housekeeping logs and production documentation
- Direct and support machine helpers during production
- Follow production schedules and run orders
- Complete all required paperwork for each production order
- Prepare material pull sheets for upcoming jobs
- Place or direct helpers to place color-coded flags during roll changes
- Check adhesive basis weights at the end of each production roll
- Ensure finished rolls are properly labeled before inventory
- Complete inventory documentation for finished materials
- Communicate material and supply needs to the Lamination Supervisor
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
