CNC Wood Operator Requirements
- 1+ years of CNC experience.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
Job Duties
- Set up and operate automated CNC machinery to make wood parts from MDF Boards.
- Inspect wood parts for any defects that occurred during manufacturing.
- Use computerized equipment.
- Communicates regularly with other team members and supervisors.
- Follows company policies involving safety regulations, quality procedures, and work instructions.

What You Will DoAs a Wood CNC Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A Wood CNC Operator helps manufacture precision-engineered products through the operation and monitoring of CNC machinery. This position requires strong technical skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to consistently produce accurate work.
The Wood CNC Operator applies machining knowledge, inspection techniques, and problem-solving ability to maintain quality standards while supporting efficient production. Successful professionals value safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
