Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
- Experience with lathes, milling machines, drill presses, or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or PLC systems beneficial
- Assist with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
- Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform plumbing repairs and facility upkeep as needed
- Help maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory
- Assist with PLC programming and equipment improvements
- Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
- Support warehouse and production operations when needed
- Train new employees and assist with special projects
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
