As a Maintenance Assistant you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

A Maintenance Assistant helps ensure equipment, machinery, and facility systems remain safe, reliable, and ready to support daily production. This role combines mechanical expertise, technical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices to maintain efficient operations.
