Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour | 1st Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Manufacturing Technician Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Manufacturing Technician Experience Requirements
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English
  • Manufacturing and small part assembly
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed on both weekdays and weekends
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members as needed
Manufacturing Technician Job Duties
  • Assemble medical devices and small components according to specifications
  • Operate assembly and inspection equipment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
  • Handle small parts using precision tools and visual aids
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clean room, including floors, equipment, tables, and storage containers
  • Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures
  • Complete production tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Assist with additional manufacturing and cleaning duties as assigned

Manufacturing Technician Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work with small parts, using hands, tweezers, magnification, or other visual aids
  • Working in an environment with repetitive motion for extended periods of time
  • Wear clean room gowns, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe covers
  • Cleaning, such as mopping, sweeping, wiping down walls, and equipment
  • Ability to operate mechanical machinery and inspection equipment
  • Ability to sit and stand for an extended period

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Technician you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

A successful Manufacturing Technician understands production procedures, quality expectations, and workplace safety while maintaining productivity throughout daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
