Location: Rice, MN
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour | Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) + Friday (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Production Worker Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

What You Will Do

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Worker is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.
