We’re hiring a Driver Coordinator to support a GPS technology project by monitoring route activity, coordinating driver handoffs, tracking route progress, and helping ensure transportation operations stay on schedule.

Driver Coordinator Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, route coordination, dispatch, delivery support, or operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate activities and monitor schedules.
  • Comfortable using mobile applications, GPS technology, and digital tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to identify and communicate delays, issues, or route concerns.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and project instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Flexible availability required for scheduled project dates.

  • Training: July 27, 2026
  • Project Dates: July 29–30, 2026
  • Schedule: Flexible availability required during project days to support morning and evening route activity
  • Project Summary Meeting: July 31, 2026
Driver Coordinator Job Duties
  • Coordinate driver activity and support route operations throughout the project.
  • Monitor driver arrivals, departures, and checkpoint progress.
  • Serve as a communication point between drivers and project team members.
  • Scan GPS tracking devices and complete required mobile application check-ins.
  • Coordinate GPS device transfers between drivers and designated checkpoints.
  • Track route completion and document progress accurately.
  • Report delays, technical issues, or route irregularities.
  • Follow GPS testing procedures and transportation support guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of route activity and project updates.
  • Support logistics operations and complete additional project duties as assigned.

Driver Coordinator Physical Capabilities
  • Sit, stand, and move around assigned checkpoint areas as needed.
  • Use mobile devices, GPS equipment, and technology tools throughout the assignment.
  • Perform repetitive scanning and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain focus and attention during scheduled route activities.
  • Move GPS equipment and related materials as needed.
